Fall is here and there is nothing more fun than coloring and playing fall games!  This free fall activity book is filled with lots of different games, fall coloring pages, and even fall trivia!

My son loves doing activity books that have something different each page and this one is a favorite for sure.  Mad Libs and charades alone are so entertaining, add in some word searches, coloring projects and fun fall questions and your kiddo is sure to have a blast! The nice thing about activity books is that they can go anywhere!

This book can be done at home, at a restaurant or even in the car!  It’s the perfect thing for your kid to do and brings all the cozy fall vibes!

This fall activity book is the perfect fall activity for all kids! This free printable comes with a mix of activities from coloring to Mad Libs and trivia.  It has something for everyone and is perfect for kids of all ages!

Activity Book Pages

1. Cover

This cover page is so cute! The center reads “My fall activity book” and around it is the cutest fall clipart that your kid gets to color.  I love this page because it’s not just a cover, but also a coloring page in itself.  It’s also a fun way for kids to get creative and make this book their own!

2. Fall Trivia

alt=""

The next page in this adorable activity book is trivia about fall! The questions are really fun and you and your whole family will for sure learn some new facts about fall like “How many seeds are in the average pumpkin?” or “When are leaves most colorful?”

This page can be done independently by your child or you could read them aloud as a family and then all guess the answer before you check to see who is right.

No matter how you do this trivia, your kid will have some fun new facts to share with their friends and family!

3. Fall Mad Libs

alt=""

Mad Libs is such a fun game and I love that the same story can turn our so different with each person that does it.  To play Mad Libs, you first fill in the underline blanks.

For instance, if the underline has the word “verb” under it, then you would list a verb there.  The most important part of Mad Libs is not reading any part of the story until you have filled in all of the underlined parts.

If you have a younger child, you could give them three word choices and let them pick which one.  For example, if the underline part says “part of the body” you might tell them “elbow, head, knee” and let them pick and then you write it in.

After the first step is complete, the fun begins! The next step is reading your story out loud and it always results in a good laugh. This fun fall Mad Libs is all about the things you would love to do in the fall and will for sure give your child a good giggle!

A fun way to do Mad Libs (if siblings or fiends are also doing this activity book) is to each do the Mad Libs independently and then share your hilarious stories.  If your kiddo loves Mad Libs, check out our Road Trip Mad Libs for even more silly fun!

4. Fall This Or That

alt=""

This or that is such a fun game and is a great way to learn more about your kiddo.  This fall edition has your child choose between all things fall like “carve a pumpkin” or “paint a pumpkin”.

To do this page your child can color in whichever one they prefer.  After that, you could have your child read each question out loud and then they could share their answer and then the rest of the family could share.

This Or That Questions are such fun conversation starters and great for all ages! My family loves to do these during dinner. It makes for a great conversation and we get to learn more about each other!

5. Fall Word Search

alt=""

This fall word search has your kiddo searching for all of the best parts of fall.  Apples, leaves, cider and bonfires? Yes please!  Your kid will have a fun time finding all things fall.  If you want to get a little fancy, give your kid a highlighter (any color) and let them highlight the words.

My son thinks this is SUPER fun because he doesn’t normally get to use highlighters, plus he can still see the letters/words.

6. Fall Charades

alt=""

Playing charades with kids is seriously so much fun and this fall version does not disappoint!  You and your kiddo will be acting out all of your favorite fall things like “scooping pumpkin guts” or “walking through a haunted house.”

This is the perfect activity for fall, especially when it gets a little colder outside and your looking for things to do inside.  To play charades, your child (or whoever’s turn it is) will choose one of the boxes to act out.

Once chosen, they can color it in to keep track which ones have been done.  While they are acting out (no talking aloud), the other people playing will try to guess what they are acting out.  Whoever guesses correctly gets to act out the next card.

7. Design A Leaf

Fall coloring pages are so much fun and this design a leaf activity might just be the best one out there.  For this activity, your kiddo gets to design their own leaf.

What I love about this is that they get to really be creative and make this leaf their own. They could use markers, crayons, colored pencils or maybe even water color; the design of the leaf is endless! Rainbow leaves? Yes please!

It would be really fun to have everyone in the family do their own leaf and then hang them up for the fall season.
